My favorite Android Apps: MortPlayer Audio Books

Notes:

My favorite Android Apps: MortPlayer Audio BooksListening audiobooks is something which I do on a daily basis. Moreover, I don't wait until I finish one book in order to begin another - I read 3-6 books "simultaneously". In addition to that I listen many podcasts, sometimes some speeches or interviews. So I definitely need of effective management of all I listen. For a long time I'm happy to use a very appropriate tool for that: MortPlayer Audio Books.

Here are the features I find most useful:

    • configurable main directory
If You store all Your audiobooks in a separate folder, MortPlayer Audio Books won't confuse them with other music files present on Your device. Just show it the audiobook folder :) .
    • folder-based auto save and restore recent position for each track
MortPlayer Audio Books remembers where You stopped listening each and every audiobook (no matter You did it intentionally or You've been interrupted by a call or something else).
    • ffwd./rewind/pause witch configurable timespan
If I want to listen some audiobook, I'd like to remind Myself of its recent content. MortPlayer Audio Books can do it automatically - what I need is only to set "a remembrance timespan" I prefer (Preferences/Audio book handling/Time span to rewind).
    • bookmarks
This is an equivalent of marking interesting quotes You've encountered. You can simply make bookmarks, name them and have them at hand whenever they may come in handy.
    • easy covers
In order to have preferred cover for each audiobook You simply need to put any .jpg/.png file into their folders.
    • high customization
There are pretty many things in the MortPlayer Audio Books which You can set by Your preferences. The program is highly configurable. For example, You can customize the look of the program in very detailed way: from general layout to buttons' style.

Moreover, MortPlayer Audio Books is also a light and fast app - which I very appreciate.
