Blogger: how to make the most of the "Popular Posts" gadget?

The "Popular Posts" gadget is one of most appealing to Me: it adds dynamics to Your blog, illustrating which articles/posts are most interesting for Your Readers. This way You should be able to observe how the trend over Your blog changes over the time.

But... there is one catch: in order for the gadget to work most dynamically You need to set a shorter time span covering Your blog's stats. Blogger provides four variants for it: "All time", "Last year", "Last 30 days" and "Last 7 days". I think You can make the most of this gadget when You choose "Last 7 days" - because this way it will display most diverse results over the time.

In order to do this:

1. Enter the "Layout" section on Your admin panel.
2. Find the "Popular Post gadget" and click "Edit" next to it.
3. Set "Most viewed" to "Last 7 days".
4. Confirm by "Save" button.
